Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the prohibited uses of the services provided by QAQ.TOP ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Violation of this Policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without refund.
- Illegal Activities (Zero Tolerance)
You may not use our services for any illegal purposes or in support of illegal activities. We reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrong.
Child Exploitation: Hosting, distributing, or linking to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
Copyright Infringement: Hosting content that infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights (e.g., DMCA violations) is prohibited.
Phishing & Fraud: Hosting phishing sites, fraudulent stores, or scam pages is strictly prohibited.
Terrorism: Promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech is prohibited.
- Network Abuse & Security
You may not use our network to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of our services or the data of other users.
DDoS Attacks: Launching Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks from our servers.
Port Scanning: Unauthorized port scanning or vulnerability scanning of third-party networks.
Botnets: Operating command and control (C&C) servers for botnets.
IP Spoofing: Forging IP packet headers or assuming a false identity.
- Email & Anti-Spam
We have a Zero Tolerance policy for Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM).
Spamming: Sending bulk emails, opt-in emails that generate complaints, or unsolicited marketing emails is prohibited.
Blacklisting: If your actions cause our IP space to be blacklisted (e.g., by Spamhaus), your service will be terminated immediately, and you may be charged a delisting fee.
- System Resource Usage (Performance Protection)
To ensure high performance for all users, we strictly regulate resource consumption.
Cryptocurrency Mining: Mining of any cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Monero, Chia) is strictly prohibited. Detection of mining processes will lead to immediate suspension.
CPU/IO Abuse: Prolonged use of 100% CPU or high Disk I/O that degrades the performance of the host node for other users is not allowed. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend "noisy neighbor" instances.
