At QAQ.TOP, we strive to provide high-quality VPS services. However, due to the nature of digital goods and the costs associated with IP provisioning and bandwidth, we maintain a strict refund policy.

  1. General Policy (No Refunds)
    All payments made to QAQ.TOP are generally non-refundable. Once a service has been provisioned and the login details have been sent to you, the service is considered "consumed." We do not offer refunds for:

"Change of mind" or "Don't need it anymore."

Slow speeds caused by your local network or international ISP congestion (e.g., non-CN2 areas).

Lack of technical knowledge to use a Linux VPS.

  1. Exceptions (24-Hour Conditional Refund)
    We may consider a refund request only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

Timeframe: The request is made within 24 hours of the initial order.

Technical Failure: The VPS is inaccessible due to a hardware failure or network fault on our end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Data Usage: The service has used less than 1GB of data traffic.

IP Status: The IP address assigned is not blocked by the GFW and has not been blacklisted due to your actions.

Note: If approved, refunds may be issued as Account Credits for future use, or to the original payment method (minus any transaction fees charged by gateways like Alipay/Stripe).

  1. Non-Refundable Items
    The following items and scenarios are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

Promotional Plans: Products labeled as "Special Offer," "Flash Sale," or "Limited Stock" (e.g., The $2.00/mo Plans).

Add-ons: Fees paid for extra IP addresses, additional bandwidth, or management services.

Cryptocurrency Payments: Transactions made via USDT, Bitcoin, or other cryptocurrencies are final and cannot be refunded due to network gas fees and exchange rate volatility.

ToS Violations: Services suspended or terminated due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., Mining, Spamming, DDoS) are not eligible for refunds.

  1. IP Address Issues
    We guarantee a clean IP upon delivery. If the IP address gets blocked (e.g., by GFW) after the service is delivered and verified, it is not valid grounds for a refund. You may choose to pay the IP replacement fee to get a new IP.

  2. Chargebacks and Disputes
    Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Alipay) will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all active services. We reserve the right to report your details to industry fraud databases (e.g., FraudRecord).
