Service Description & Network Disclaimer
2.1 Service Provision: We act as an authorized agent providing high-performance Virtual Private Servers (VPS). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. 2.2 International Networking (CN2 GIA): While we strive to provide premium routing (including CN2 GIA lines) and high-speed connectivity, international network transmission is subject to complex external factors such as submarine cable stability, upstream operator adjustments, and network congestion. We do not guarantee 100% stability or latency consistency of international routes at all times.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You strictly agree NOT to use our services for any of the following activities. Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of service without refund:
Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails (SPAM), bulk mailing, or hosting spam-related websites.
Illegal Activities: Hosting copyright-infringing content, child exploitation material, phishing sites, or any content that violates the laws of the server's physical location or your local jurisdiction.
Network Abuse: Launching DDoS attacks, port scanning, botnets, or any malicious network activity.
Resource Abuse: Cryptocurrency mining, prolonged high CPU usage (e.g., maintaining 100% load for extended periods), or any activity that significantly degrades the performance of the node for other users.

Payments & Refunds
4.1 Billing: Services are billed in advance. Failure to renew by the due date will result in service suspension and potential permanent data deletion. 4.2 Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods and proxy services, all payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been provisioned and the IP address has been verified as accessible. 4.3 Disputes: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all your services and a ban from our platform.
-
IP Address & Replacement Policy
5.1 Guaranteed Delivery: We guarantee that the IP address assigned to you is accessible globally and not blacklisted (including by the GFW) at the time of initial delivery. 5.2 User Responsibility: You are responsible for testing the IP address within 24 hours of delivery. If no report is made within this timeframe, the IP is deemed functional. 5.3 Replacement Fees: If the IP address becomes blocked, banned, or inaccessible due to your usage patterns or government censorship actions after the service has been delivered, we do not offer free replacements. You may request an IP replacement for a fee of $5.00 USD per incident.
-
Bandwidth Usage
6.1 Quota Enforcement: Bandwidth allocation is reset monthly on your specific billing date. 6.2 Overage Policy: If you exceed your monthly data transfer limit, your service will be automatically suspended until the next billing cycle begins. You may have the option to purchase additional bandwidth add-ons to restore service immediately. 6.3 No Rollover: Unused bandwidth does not roll over to the next month. 6.4 Anti-Tampering: It is strictly prohibited to attempt to reset or bypass bandwidth tracking. Such actions constitute a violation of the AUP.

Data Security & Liability
7.1 Backups: You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your data. We do not provide backup services unless explicitly stated in a specific plan. 7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, QAQ.TOP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
